Personal, not a ticket number
From the first hello, you talk to the people who will actually build your project. No transfers, no hold music, no middle management.
We get to know your business before we open the first layout.
Every site is made for exactly one business and carries its face.
A small team, personally reachable and happy to meet on site.
Sven Heynhold founded HWM Agentur in Wuppertal in early 2026. Not as a business idea on paper, but as something he had pictured since he was a child: building things of his own that people actually use.
What bothered him for years were websites that feel interchangeable. The same templates, the same building blocks, the same smooth AI look. Technically clean, but faceless. You click on them and afterwards you still don't know who you're actually dealing with.
HWM Agentur is the deliberate counter-design. We take the time to understand a business before we open the first layout. In the end, nobody should just say “nice site”, but “this feels like me and my business”.
We're a young team and, honestly, pretty hungry. We want to show what we're made of, and we work on every project as if our reputation depended on it. Because it does.
Every client should walk away happy. Not halfway, but properly. In the long run, we rely on being recommended, and that only happens when the work is good and the collaboration felt good. That's exactly why our reputation matters so much to us: it's the most honest thing that can speak for us.
Four sentences we want to be measured by. They sound obvious and, sadly, in practice they aren't.
From the first hello, you talk to the people who will actually build your project. No transfers, no hold music, no middle management.
Every site is made for exactly one business. We build design and structure around your brand instead of squeezing your brand into a ready-made grid.
Your pace, your way of working, your channels. Some want a call every week, others prefer a quick chat message in the evening. Both are completely fine.
If you need something entirely different from a new website right now, we'll tell you. An honest no gets us further in the long run than a quick yes.
A coffee, a quick call or a message in the evening. Tell us what you're working on and you'll get an honest assessment. Even if it's that you don't need us yet.
