Everything starts with a no-obligation conversation.
By phone, Zoom or in person if you prefer – even over a relaxed coffee. We discuss your requirements, collect first ideas and define a sensible budget range together.
Our conversation becomes a transparent proposal.
It covers the scope, timeline, price and all important conditions. You can sign it directly or send us your requested adjustments.
After you sign, we issue the first invoice.
A 50% deposit is due at the start of the project. Payment is normally made by invoice and bank transfer. Other arrangements can be agreed in individual cases.
Now the actual implementation begins.
The exact work depends on the service you booked. For websites, we align on the details, develop a first draft and send it to you for review.
Your feedback turns the draft into the finished product.
We incorporate your comments and refine the result until it truly fits. Communication happens wherever you are most comfortable – WhatsApp, Signal, email or interim meetings.
Once you are happy, we complete the project.
Websites go live according to the agreed requirements. Optionally, a small hosting and service contract can cover administration, domain and server costs. This is not relevant for services such as business cards.
Finally, you receive the remaining 50% invoice.
After that, we want your honest opinion: How was the collaboration? Are you happy with the result? Your feedback helps us improve our work.
